The William Park House at 330 Main St. in Sprague, Connecticut was built in 1913. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. It was built by master carpenter Peck McWilliams and may have been designed by him as well, or by an unknown architect; its design might have been adapted from an architectural patternbook design.〔 The design includes Bungalow/craftsman architecture and Prairie School architecture elements.
